In 2020, LMGE initiated the Facilities Management Services of more than 50 Ageas properties, including its Lisbon and Porto headquarters buildings, service buildings, and others.
The scope of this project is the Management and Monitoring of Contracts and Service Providers of Hard & Soft Services, Management of Works and Changes, and the Management and Optimization of Utilities. In addition to the provision of these services, we are involved in dimensioning and preparing the service contracts that will cover the new headquarters in Lisbon and Porto, which are currently under construction.
Soon our service will be extended to MEDIS clinics in order to develop an expansion plan. At this stage, the team in Lisbon and Porto is made up of 5 elements, with the prospect of growing in the near future.
