Management & Maintenance of Facilities in Nespresso
We are responsible for the management and maintenance of the facilities in 2 Nespresso service centers and 24 boutiques from North to South of the country and in Madeira.

In 2020, LMGE initiated the Facilities Management Services of more than 50 Ageas properties, including its Lisbon and Porto headquarters buildings, service buildings, and others.
LouresShopping e RioSul Shopping
In July this year, LMGE took over the Maintenance Management of Commercial Centers LoureShopping and RioSul Shopping, both managed by CBRE, our long-standing partner.

LMGE was contracted by Montepio Geral for technical advice in the preparation of tender documents and the maintenance of their 19 office buildings and 354 branches.
