In July this year, LMGE took over the Maintenance Management of Commercial Centers LoureShopping and RioSul Shopping, both managed by CBRE, our long-standing partner.
This project started with a Technical Audit and the determination of a Preventive Maintenance Plan, followed by the implementation of a maintenance management system. In this project, to support daily activities, we are using WiseMaintenance, a computer tool developed by LMIT.
Loureshopping, located in Loures, has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 39,049 m², distributed between 111 shops.
RioSul Shopping, located in Seixal, has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 44,213 m², distributed between 126 shops.
