LMGE was contracted by Montepio Geral for technical advice in the preparation of tender documents and the maintenance of their 19 office buildings and 354 branches.
In this project, surveys and evaluations of the existing equipment/systems were carried out. A Preventive Maintenance Plan was drawn up, defining the technical requirements, service levels, and support in the drafting of contracts, with the objective of improving maintenance services and optimizing costs.
LMGE will support the technical analysis of the consultation process.
